Your mom's a mailman!

Sooooo that was interesting.

My last few days have been somewhat of a whirlwind of activity, mostly of the fun kind, especially since I found us a place, for sure this time, that allows dogs. I get the keys tomorrow, and I'll be uploading photos and writing in my completely empty apartment.

But to keep yall up to date as far as what's crackin out here, I went to my very first gay bar last night. The funny thing about the night though was that I felt kinda dissed... ok, hear me out. I asked Nafees what I should do in the case of a guy hitting on me, to which he pointed out one of his strait girlfriends and said that she could be my wife for the night. Perfect I thought, but I guess I no one was feeling it last night because I didn't get a single look my way... Anyway, I got a little/a lot inebriated and had an absolute blast in Brooklyn.

Today I recovered, much in the same fashion I used to on the west coast, subway, Gatorade, and some sleep. I also found a new guilty pleasure. Gossip Girl is a more evil version of the OC, so it's pretty damn good.

oh, I was asked a bunch of times if I have a card, to which I had to reply with a sad "no", so here's what I did one night instead of posting. let me know what you think, I think I'm going to scratch the whole thing and make it way more simple. but I just wanted to have something to show for the night or two I've missed recently.

I'm tired, and this city won't let me sleep. good night.

don't feel bad about the gay bar. turns out they can spot a straight guy about as easily as we can spot a gay guy. It still hurts, I know.

we did another hobo-ish ish. that's all we write about anymore: bikes and hobos.

miss you pal.
